In times of crisis, you can always count on an outpouring of people who want to help.
You can also count on a wave of scumbags who find a way to profit from the misery of others.
There are already reports of scams/false Haiti charities. Use this page from Charity Navigator for the approved list of people actually helping out, if you want to do something.
