U-2 plans to have their next album ready by June. In an interview with the Irish Independent, Bono says the follow-up to No Line on the Horizon will be called Songs of Ascent.
A deluxe 30th anniversary edition of Judas Priest’s British Steel will be released on May 11th. It’ll be available as a two-disc or three-disc set. Each comes with the original album plus a live D-V-D of the band performing British Steel last summer in Hollywood, Florida. The three-disc set has a C-D version of the concert.
NEW RELEASES:
Santana is celebrating the success of their most famous album with today’s release of the 10th
anniversary edition of the 1999 blockbuster album Supernatural. The two-disc set includes a re-mastered version of the album on disc one and 11 bonus tracks on disc two, including an instrumental version of “Smooth,” and “The Calling Jam” with Eric Clapton. The orignal was on the top of the charts for 12 consecutive weeks and sold 25 million copies.
