How many miles would you expect good quality Gore-tex walking boots to last for?
I paid £100 for my Meindl ladies Goretex walking boots and they have lasted for about 18 months and I walk, averaged out, about a mile every day. They have now fallen apart. Is this about average for a walking boot like this?
1 mile a day for 18 months = 540miles.
I would expect them to last much more than that.
I walk the dog 4 miles a day and cheap trainers last me at least a year ( 1200 miles )
