Remembering these fine folks is a pleasure: 2011, Chris Stienle was the winner. In 2010, Jack Hayman was chosen. 2009: John Dupray was selected. 2008: Beth Bagley-Stanton was the winner. In 2007, Charlene McEachin, while in 2006, it was Ed and Loretta Anne, the only couple selected together thus far through the years. In 2005, it was Walter Schrage. In 2004, Greg Bayer was the honoree. In 2003, Ronald Earle was the winner and in 2002, Mary Schrage was honored. Bob Mack was chosen in 2001 and Ronald Custer was the recipient in 2000. In 1999 Larry Gingas was honored and in 1998, Mary Anne Bayer was the winner. Geraldine Mack was the honoree in 1997, while Barbara Richards as chosen in 1996. Max Plante was selected in 1995 and Mary Rose was honored in 1994. The top citizen in 1993 was Henry Christensen and in 1992 it was Elaine Custer.
